Terms and Conditions for Social Media Giveaways

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to persons aged 18 or older with residence in Germany, unless stated otherwise in the giveaway post.
• Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
• Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

3. Giveaway period

The participation period is up to one week from the start date/time stated in the respective giveaway post, unless specified otherwise. Each giveaway contains a clearly defined start time.

4. Prizes

The prizes are described in the respective giveaway post.

Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, are not transferable and are tied to the person of the winner.

5. Selection and notification of winners

• The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid participants across all platforms.
• The draw usually takes place within one week after the end of the giveaway.
• The winner(s) will be announced one week after the end of the giveaway in the comment section of the respective giveaway post.
• Winners may also be contacted via direct message.

6. Data protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. Further details can be found in our privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer / platform notice

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram/Facebook (Meta) or any other social media platform, and is in no way associated with them.

8. Changes / early termination

The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time for good cause (e.g., technical reasons or legal reasons).

9. Applicable law

German law applies. The legal recourse is excluded.
