1) Intro call

15–30 minutes: your story, style, timing. Then you get a clear next-step plan.

2) Concept & location

We build a mood concept and propose regions/locations—always with Plan A/B.

3) Team & timeline

Photo/video, officiant, styling, florals—plus a timeline built around light & weather.

4) Details & travel

Logistics, accommodation, transfers, packing guide—so you feel secure.

5) Wedding day

We coordinate on site. You stay in the moment—we stay in the plan.

6) Afterglow

Optional adventure day / after-wedding shoot, cabin dinner, kayaking, glacier tour.
